We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Facilities Services to join our Senior Leadership Team at Eric Wright Facilities Management. As Head of Facilities Services, you will lead and develop an existing team of dedicated Facilities Managers alongside a Hard FM self-delivery team. Our track record, and range of client advocates within our target sectors (Property Management, Health Care, and Higher Education), will support you in achieving our business growth objectives. We have already established an effective infrastructure to support growth, including bid management, marketing, and a place on a number of frameworks.
Working alongside our Head of Business Performance and Director of Operations who manages our Concessions portfolio (LIFT/PFI/BSF), you will join an award winning team, winners of the 2019 IWFM Impact award for Social Value and the 2022 IWFM Impact Award for Excellence in Customer Service. There is a genuine career path for those that want to progress. Our contract periods are in excess of 20 years and this allows the business to provide unparalleled job security.
