Manufacturing Technician

We are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Technician who will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient production of cosmetic bulk products. You'll be a vital part of our operation, contributing to the achievement of daily targets while maintaining the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery, including large vessels, to manufacture cosmetic bulk products with precision and efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to GMP guidelines to guarantee product quality and safety.
- Follow and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in manufacturing processes.
- Efficiently manage the flow of products and materials to meet production demands.
- Maintain a clean and sanitised manufacturing department, ensuring it meets the highest hygiene standards.
- Manage waste in accordance with established protocols.
- Adhere to Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Practise and promote safe working practices.
- Ensure that correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment at the machine operator level.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Additional
- Full-time role: 44 hours per week (four days), Wednesday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 7am to 7pm.
- Office is conveniently located just 3 minutes’ walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon - both 20 minutes away. Approx. 30 - 35 minutes travel time from South / South West London.
- Starting salary of £11.00 per hour.
- Position available immediately.
