PERMANENT ROLE – Monday to Friday – potential earnings up to £43,225.13 per annum
We are looking for committed and reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our Marley Ltd contract based out of Burton on Trent.
- Basic Salary - £41,033.98 per annum
- Start times between 05:00 – 06:00
- Shift pattern - Monday to Friday
- 48 hours per week
- 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Nights Out when required
Premiums:
- £91.30 accident bonus monthly
- £91.30 attendance bonus monthly
- £26.20 – per Night out
Potential earnings - £43,225.13 per annum - Based on salary and both accident & attendance bonus retained yearly.
What we expect from our drivers:
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement and delivery of our customers’ products, servicing the construction sector.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail.
- Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
- Complying with all relevant legislation in line with drivers hours and working time directive requirements.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have valid in date Class 1 licence
- Must have valid in date CPC
- Must hold Digital tachograph card
- Must not have more than 6 points on licence
- Must have minimum 6 months plus HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Possess excellent customer facing awareness skills
- Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service
- Must have good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude to work
- Must have a good geographical knowledge
