Client Description
Hilda H is 93 years old, lives on her own. No Animals , non smoker.
Hilda stated that she does the crossword in the papers. Has the Daily Mail and Argus.
Hilda stated that she will have a sleep during the afternoon.
Enjoys a game of scramble and will watch the Telly, not a lot of it, but enjoys Escape to the Country
Hilda reported that her appetite is poor.
Hilda manages her own breakfast which usually is Toast & Tea.
Can the Care Professionals please prepare lunch for Hilda. Hilda is clearly able to state what she would like to eat. This can be a bowl of soup , cheese crackers, ready meals - fish and chips, sausage and mash.
Hilda will eat at the table. Hilda now needs to have snacks put next to her bed at night. Need to make food rather than ask as she will just say no.
Hilda does need constant prompting to drink as she forgets
Hilda furniture walks around the house, does have a support trolley that she sometimes uses.
Hilda uses the stairs independently, uses the bannister. Hilda is using the stairlift quite comfortably.
The attending Care Professionals should be mindful not to rush Hilda while she is mobilising.
