The House, charmingly reflects the guests and characters who floated amongst the rooms throughout the 1900s. The Dining Room, our Japanese Grill restaurant, offers a casually elegant dining experience, featuring a modern approach to Japanese cuisine.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Events Operations to join our team. You will have worked previously within 5-star luxury properties.
Working closely with our Events, Sales and Food & Beverage Teams, you will be super-organised and an expert in bringing events to life. This is a fully operational, hands-on and guest facing role. You will work from internal Event Orders to ensure the rooms are set to standard and every detail is taken care of with efficiency and charm.
Daily you will meet our clients on arrival and be their go-to contact for all requirements for the entirety of their Event, whilst personally providing impeccable and warm service.
You will be looking after our high-profile Corporate and Leisure guests with a varied schedule of boardroom meetings, private dinners, exclusive hires, weddings and beyond...
Working hours will be on a shift basis, any 5 days out of 7, availability to work evenings and weekends required.
