Your Responsibilities What youll do You will be required to assist and be involved with the processing all types of specimens presented to the Cellular pathology Department for analysis, thereby supporting the provision of accurate and timely diagnosis and the production of appropriate analytical data. You will be required to be skilled in the latest techniques and equipment in conjunction with traditional methods of investigation to meet the requirements of the role. You will rotate between the Research Histology service and Diagnostic service and provide support to both services as required. What were looking for You will need to be registered with the HCPC as a Biomedical Scientist.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to work effectively as part of a large team. You will need to have an excellent attention to detail and possess good manual dexterity. You will need to be able to prioritise workload and adjust to accommodate unexpected events and/or changes in demand.
