What you’ll do:

To collaborate with the UK&I DoCO in setting and driving organizational vision, strategy, services, growth, and retention levels.
To oversee the operations team and report strategically to the DoCO around the department strategy and performance, financial performance and operational / client capabilities and activities
To drive compliance, retention, and growth within the strategic client services business through the leveraging of efficiencies and labour structures.
To generate and drive strategy to support the UK&I growth ambitions.
To collaborate with the ‘Client Services’ account director team to drive synergies and performance.
What you bring:
- Three or more years’ experience in management roles
- Proven ability to plan and manage people to drive efficiency and growth results.
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles / organisational design that creates speed, efficiency and is able to support rapid growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Promotes good ethical standards and best practice.
