We're looking for a Head of Cards & Loans who is passionate about the end of end strategy of our credit cards and unsecured personal loans business. You'll be fully accountable for the P&L and balance sheet for this part of the business, and will manage the success of the cards and lending book through successful product launches, product pricing and driving forward customer exprience and proposition enhancements.
What we need today
To make sure you're set up for success you'll already have these skills and experience:
You'll be an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing and executing growth focused cards strategies within a Financial Services environment
You'll have a deep understanding and proven experience in running an end to end cards business; loans experience would be useful but not essential
You'll have excellent strategic, commercial and operational business orientation, with a good understanding of the key drivers, levers, issues and constraints in Banking
Building relationships will be one of your strengths, and capable of execution/delivery by effective influencing across the wider business but also with 3rd party suppliers and platform providers
You're able to engage and inspire at all levels, effectively communicating your vision and bringing others with you through your direction, ideas and hands on approach

Full end to end responsibility of the Cards and Loans business, ensuring TSB delivers the right strategy for the customer
Role accountabilities which meet Consumer Duty expectations of Consumer Understanding so all customers receive the right information at the right time
Experience of building the culture of the Cards & Loans function within TSB as a key member of the Products Leadership Team, contributing to the customer strategy
