Avaliable Job Today ADAM Grooming Atelier is an upscale male grooming brand with 11 stores across some of London's most prestigious areas including but not limited to Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Canary Wharf as well as an additional 12th store in New York City, US.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Beauty to join our team in Central London to lead and expand our Beauty division within our luxury male grooming salons in the UK and in the US in a professional and efficient manner in line with the company’s values, mission and operational plan.
As a leading player in the luxury male grooming, you’ll be shaping the future of this business through insight, strategy, and vision.
The management of relationships both internally and externally is key to the reputational growth and success of the brand, you’ll need to have extensive experience within the beauty or aesthetic medical industries and be able to evidence sustained commercial success.
Skills:
- High level of financial experience when it comes to budgeting, and forecasting,
- A strong presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and negotiate
- Ability to build and inspire successful teams
- Knowledge of professional or aesthetic medical beauty B2B essential
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to create and deliver strategic and tactical business plans, objectives, and solutions
- Ensure each member of the beauty team, implements and regularly reviews tactical sales plans in line with the Business Plan.
