We’re focused on designing new digitally-led propositions for the mass affluent customer segment, helping them not only with their everyday needs, but with their life goals and future plans. We’re building an enthusiastic, passionate new team to help us play a broader role in the lives of Mass Affluent customers and deliver our growth ambitions.
We’re looking for people to join our Customer Propositions team, who will design, develop and refresh the propositions for Mass Affluent customers.
We support the principles of agile working and will consider applications from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements. As a team we work flexibly following a hybrid working model, with some days working together as a team in the office and some days working from home.

- Can demonstrate our values and play a meaningful role in building our team and culture
- Deep knowledge and experience of the UK Banking products and services, including Current Accounts, Savings, Mortgages and Lending relevant for Mass Affluent customers
- Knowledge of industry developments and innovation in digital-first Banking value propositions in the UK
- Conversant with economics, commercial and regulatory parameters and governance frameworks associated with manufacturing and distribution of Banking products and services in the UK
- Proven track record of developing customer value propositions and conversant with associated capabilities such as customer insight generation, competitor analyses, segmentation, pricing etc.
- Strong influencer and ability to collaborate with and manage a wide group of stakeholders
- Experience and familiarity of processes and frameworks in developing digital value propositions
- Ability to think conceptually as well develop detailed plans to bring proposition concepts to life
- A visible leader happy to ‘do’ as well as lead. with a track record of creating an inclusive environment and managing high performing teams
- Experience in innovation, managing and launching digital/digital-first Banking propositions in the UK/other relevant markets
- Deep understanding of Mortgages and Consumer Lending products and services relevant for Mass Affluent customers in the UK/other relevant markets
