About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Asset Management who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving continuous improvement and living the ethos of #SahaOneTeam.
We are a national supported housing provider and are geographically dispersed across England.
The Asset Management Team is responsible for strategic asset management,encompassing delivery of our planned investment programme, responsive repairs,voids and building safety and compliance. The Head of Asset Management will ensure that projects are delivered on time, to high standards of quality and environmental sustainability which comply with all current and emerging regulatory and statutory standards.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll be making key business decisions, responsible for compiling and managing substantial operational budgets and ensuring high performance across a number of areas as we aim to deliver ever improving services to our residents and partners.
