In this role, You will support the EMEA Family Care sector organization. This role will provide analytical support, counsel, insight, and leadership so that the EMEA Family Care sector organization delivers on its long-term growth and profit objectives.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate analysis, counsel, insight and leadership so that the business exceeds its financial, operational and strategic goals
- Development and evaluation of key business opportunities including analysis to support key investment decisions (capital projects, innovation, strategic business plans, market expansion, product launches) which will help accelerate growth and mitigate headwinds.
- Lead, challenge and influence the Family Care Strategic Business Plan, leveraging portfolio management techniques across EMEA and considering external influences such as currency, category growth and competitor behavior
- Liaise with the country business teams, fellow members of the multi-functional business team and with the regional EMEA Family Care team, to provide guidance on forecasting, understand trends and issues and facilitate improved understanding of performance at an EMEA regional level for their respective sector.

Essential Knowledge / Experience
- Accounting / CIMA qualification and / or other qualifications (MBA, etc.)
- Extensive experience, ideally in commercial / business facing roles
- Experience in SAP and mill cost accounting principles highly desirable
