Full-time Head Kitchen Porter | Unit 8, Anniesland Industrial Estate, GLASGOW | £12.50 per hour inclusive of service charge | Monday - Friday | Permanent.

The team behind Six by Nico are delighted to announce the opening of our brand new bakery concept. Valaria, coming in January 2023 to the heart of the West End.

Valaria will serve up delicious Cake, Pastry & Bakery products such as Petit Gateaux, Laminated Pastries and many many more.

Kitchen will be located in Anniesland Industrial Estate.

The ideal candidate would hold the following qualities:

• Be enthusiastic and have a good work ethic and have a flexible approach to working hours
• Carry out cleaning tasks quickly and effectively
• Assist in basic food preparation
• A can-do attitude, hands on approach and the ability to work well under direction
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Assist in checking storage area for cleanliness
• Kitchen experience is essential
• manage KP rotas
• manage cleaning rotas
• stock housekeeping
