Job description

We are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

As our Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times.

Location:

Norton Lees Hall and Lodge Limited.

Working Hours:

Full time 35hrs per week

Responsibilities and Duties of the Job

Role Specific Duties:

• Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
• Implement action to meet and maintain cleaning standards
• Evaluate standards of cleaning competence
• Ensure the Service Users’ rights are protected
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Working with Others:

• Develop effective working relationships with the other employees within the service
• Supervisory responsibilities for a team of five.

Leading by Example:

• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Personal Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for your own professional development through performance and development reviews and undertake any relevant training
• To maintain cleaning skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required in order to maintain that

Salary

£11.00 ph

Job Type: Full-time
