Salary: £28,392
Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Newbury College football academy for looking to recruitment a Head Coach for our football and education programme. Are you an experienced and qualified football coach who wants the opportunity to grow, develop their skills, help students unlock their full potential and be an integral part of a fastest growing football academy based in Abingdon and surrounding areas!
The Head Coach will support the football academy by organising training sessions, preparing teams for competition and ensuring the football development of all players in the Academy. They must motivate players with an emphasis on induvial and collective development. Be able to Evaluate all coaching sessions including session reviews and complete all reports appropriate to the Football Academy.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of leading and coaching a team or group of players on a regular basis is desirable
- UEFA B Licence
- Current FA Safeguarding Certificate
- Enhanced DBS Clearance
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
- UEFA A Licence is desirable
