Head Chef - Mon - Fri £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + amazing benefits! We are excited to be recruiting for a new Head Chef to lead the multi-site catering operation at Foster + Partners, a global studio for sustainable architecture, urbanism, engineering and design Location: London Rate of pay: Up to £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + amazing benefits! Working pattern: Monday - Friday (with some evenings) Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities You will share the same passion for great service, food and drink that we do! You will be a natural leader and innovator experienced in managing operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with the ability to build and inspire great teams and communicate with different service lines to meet client requirements. To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training What's in it for you?
