Project Manager

The chosen candidate for this role will work for FM:Systems Europe Ltd. We have a physical office in Blackburn, UK but are also opened to hiring an experienced remote worker for this role in other parts of the United Kingdom.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with the field technicians to ensure installations are completed correctly on the first visit.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the customer project team and customer executive sponsor.
- Manage and lead all aspects of project delivery to ensure project completion on time, within budget & scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Define project scope and goals that support customer business objectives in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Adhere to project management methodology including project tracking & reporting and documentation standards & templates.

Perform the following on engagement responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- Project plans
- Meeting minutes
- Highlight reports.
- Exception reports
- Complete projects in a timely
- Provide the department manager and/or Director with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project happenings.
The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- Strong client relationship skills
- Prince 2 or similar
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- MS office experience required.
- Knowledge of Monday.com (training will be given).
- Ability to read floor plans.
