Your hours of work will be 07:00-17:30 and you will be expected to work on a 3 on, 3 off rolling rota. This will equate to an average of 36.75 hours per week.
As a Head Chef, you will effectively manage the catering team back and front of house to plan, prepare, cook and serve food to the highest standard. Cooking delicious and nutritious meals for our residents using local produce, freshly sourced, within Halcyon's generous catering budget, whilst maintaining a safe and clean environment which makes our homes an exciting and invigorating place to live and work.
An excellent leader is required to take the dining experience to the next level, with passion and flair for the everyday meals along with the ability to work with other depatements to support events for the home.
You will have previous leadership experience and will play an integral role within the care home and will become part of the care home family and let’s be honest, YOU are what makes our home a great place to live and work!
