Position: Repairs & Maintenance Administrator, Administration Assistant
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Job Description: Working for a household name charity with c 400 accommodation units in the Midlands area, this role will see you providing administrative assistance to the Repairs and Assets team. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient delivery of responsive and planned repairs and maintenance services to both tenants and properties under the organisation's management.
Whilst experience in either a charity or a supported housing organisation are beneficial, we are really looking for a good all round administrator.
Additionally, the Administrator will assist the Assets team by offering comprehensive administrative support in preparing information and reports for Senior Management.

- Self-motivation
- IT skills with MS Word, Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the Health & Safety legislation
- An understanding of planned and responsive facility maintenance is extremely beneficial
- An understanding of safeguarding, both child and vulnerable. Able and willing to undergo a DBS check
Qualifications:
- Level C or above in Maths & English
- Full UK Driving License and own transport beneficial
