Are you Dynamic, Positive and Organised with 5 years office experience and available for immediate start?
We are looking for a permanent experienced Office Administrator to join our team based in the Northern Quarter, Manchester. The candidate must be flexible and professional and be willing to juggle a multitude of admin tasks required to ensure the smooth running of a busy office and team of telesales staff. The successful candidate will assist with all general office duties throughout various departments.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 10am - 7pm.
Friday 10am - 5pm
Personal attributes:
- Must have customer service experience with a professional telephone manner.
- Have a high level of organisational and administration skills.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data.
- Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude.
- Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Be able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative.
Duties will include:
- Responding to emails and making/receiving telephone calls
- Overseeing the telesales team
- Diary management
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing and other administration tasks for the various departments and the wider team as required.
- Running errands within and outside the office
