At Money Box Property we have honed our skills in successfully delivering and managing property maintenance services for a diverse range of clients, both commercial and private, large and small. Our goal has always been to develop long-term relationships with our clients, and much of our work has come from personal recommendations.
We are seeking a maintenance worker/handyman to join and strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, honest, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as manage their workload.
We URGENTLY require skilled handyman for the following work:
- Replacing Standard Taps / Shower Valves
- Sink Waste, Basin waste & Bath Waste
- Changing Cistern Innards
- Swapping freestanding / integrated Fridge Freezers
- Extractor Fans
- Cabinet Adjustments
You will be required to provide the highest level of service to the client, including answering questions, reporting any issues, and keeping them updated during the service visit. The position would require a full UK driver's licence.
Job Types: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £10.50-£50.00 per hour
