The Role:
Oxfam GB are looking for H&S Coordinator to support our Retail Operations. Working with the Retail Health and Safety Advisor, H&S coordinators work as part of the Health and Safety team in promoting a positive health and safety culture across the Retail network. Supporting shops, warehouses and associated support functions, H&S coordinators should promote best practice and provide support to enable the retail network to meet its organisational and legal H&S obligations.
The role will be hybrid, with a mix of home-based and field-based working in our shops and warehouses as required. You may also be expected to occasionally attend meetings at our Head Office in Oxford.

Our H&S Coordinators will need great influencing skills and the ability to share their knowledge and experience of operationalising H&S best practice within a retail network.
