Key Job Accountabilities
- Maintaining general appearance, tidiness & presentation of the reception desk
- Actively sell all memberships, courses & other products
- Have exceptional knowledge of the services & facilities that we offer
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skill
- Impeccable appearance and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Must have strong written and spoken English skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Cleaning duties
- Tours
- Assist with general club related duties
- Facility upkeep - Keep the facility tidy and maintain the equipment in optimal condition.
