Job description
Join a creative team of thinkers and doers. We are looking for someone who is able to work with minimal supervision, can take control of their own work, be proficient when measuring up, and assist in the day-to-day running of the business.
The position will be at our Wembley workshop where our offices are also based.
Full training on our equipment, software and processes is provided.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Operating our print finishing equipment such as the guillotine and laminator and owning the job until it's complete
- Maintain a clear organisation of print jobs and project jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Working from job tickets to complete orders correctly to spec
- Daily planning with the production manager and operations team
- Packaging orders in the most efficient way to minimise packaging waste
- Quality control - every member of our team is quality control but you will have a unique view of what's going through your finishing stations
- Meeting dispatch deadlines for all orders and properly communicating
- Keeping your work areas clean and tidy to help maintain order
Previous experience in print and finishing is a bonus but not required as all of the training is provided.

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, able to work on their own initiative, flexible, a great team player, well organised, and understand the importance of health and safety.
We are looking for a driven individual that is willing to learn how to operate high-precision finishing equipment. Excellent attention to detail with good problem-solving skills. Good numeracy and logical skills. Ability to communicate effectively and contribute as part of a team. Willing to bring creative ideas to continuously improve methods and production.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
