Do you pride yourself on providing excellent Customer Service?

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to provide a high quality, customer focused service to our customers enquiring about Clarion Futures Services.

Guideline is our telephone based initial entry point into Clarion Futures. Our Customer Service Assistants identify our customers’ needs and link them up with the relevant services on offer. These services are free, tailored to our residents’ needs and delivered by specially trained staff.

To be successful in this role of a Guideline Customer Service Assistant you’ll need to demonstrate empathy and use your questioning skills when conducting initial assessments to ascertain the most appropriate service provided by Clarion Futures, such as helping people to manage their money or get online, helping to develop peoples’ careers or providing community support.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the GuideLine service, including answering telephone queries, re-directing calls, and mailing out information to customers
  • Ensuring all enquiries are handled within the agreed service level criteria

You’ll need to be capable of building rapport, able to maintain confidentiality and have an understanding of GDPR. You’ll be computer literate, an excellent multitasker, and have the ability to work to deadlines.

If this sounds like the opportunity for you, we look forward to hearing from you.
