Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:
Delivering owner & guest interaction through all communication channels
Working closely with the HOD and Central Support team to achieve and align brand standards, best practice, and expectations
Effectively using insight and customer feedback to identify emerging issues promptly and proactively solve problems
Taking accountability for managing all customer/owner complaints and goodwill
Being the voice of the customer and bringing to life the guest and owner experience
Training, coaching, and building the capability of the experience team
Managing a welcoming and resourceful owner and guest reception area
Planning and delivering a wide range of owner and guest event
