As a graduate data consultant, your role will be varied. You will receive formal and on-the-job training to become an advisory or analytical consultant working on data-driven projects, where you can kick-start your career in the exciting world of Data Consultancy.

This is an International Traineeship program, and your first week will be in the Ardennes Forest in Belgium alongside Belgian and Dutch trainees ! Activities include outward-bound team building, an Insights Discovery self-awareness workshop and a day in our HQ meeting the ProjectiveGroup CEO.


In week 3 you'll be our Amsterdam offices. How cool is that? Gain cultural insights, knowledge of our Practises, and business strategies while making lifelong connections. It's an opportunity not to be missed, so buckle up and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime!


This role would suit a recent graduate with strong A-level grades and a 2:1 degree, ideally with experience as an intern or work experience in a bank or consultancy.

What will you be doing? (we don't expect you to be an expert yet!)

  • Discovering how Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Analytics & Insights and Cloud solutions can support our Financial Service clients.
  • Understanding some of the primary tools in the market that we partner with and advising clients on the best way to implement, integrate and adopt these into their business.
  • Learning about Financial Services and developing your consultancy skills including presenting, project management, business analysis, communication and much more.
  • Lots of fun and learning along the way.

The experience we would like to see:

  • 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics, or computer science.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Desirable, some experience in, or personal interest in, basic coding/technology.
