Job Summary:
We're Smashed Grapes, the online wine brand that's kicking snobbery to the curb and making good wine accessible to all. We're on the hunt for a Customer Experience Guru to join our gang. You'll be the face of our brand, the first point of contact for our customers, and responsible for making sure they have an epic experience with us. If you're someone who loves to chat, has a personality that shines through the keyboard, and isn't afraid to think outside the box, then you might just be the Guru we're looking for!
Responsibilities:
- You'll be the superhero that saves the day by responding to customer queries and solving problems like a pro, through all channels like social media, email, and web chat.
- You'll provide mind-blowing customer service, making sure our customers feel heard and valued, even if they're having a bad day.
- You'll leave our customers feeling like they can't wait to tell their friends about their experience with Smashed Grapes.
- You'll identify ways to make the customer experience even better and share your genius ideas with the team.
- You'll work closely with the rest of the team to make sure we're always on top of our game and delivering the best service possible.
- You'll be the keeper of our records, making sure everything is accurate and up-to-date.
