This is an ideal position for a Guest Service Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our busy Ibis Styles Birmingham NEC& Airport in this full-time position.
Perfect for someone with hotel experience and a passion for food and beverage and customer service, the role offers a salary of £22,968.00 per annum plus companywide benefits.
The role:
You will be able and willing to turn your hand to all aspects of hotel life, always focussed on delivering a great experience for our guests and setting a great example for your colleagues as a senior member of the team
You will be a friendly addition to the reception team and help check-in, with reservations and day-to-day duties
You will also be working in the bar and restaurant, assisting with breakfast, lunch and dinner service
We have a big meeting space, so you automatically will help the team there
A bit about you:
You will have experience in hotels or hospitality in a supervisory role (ideally within an Accor-brand property)
Are focussed on guest service
Are a great team player
You'll enjoy meeting and greeting new people
Are confident on a computer
Have a great telephone manner
Are able to be e to be a fantastic representative of the ibis brand
As an experienced hotelier you know that we're a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays should be expected.
We're also looking for candidates with experience in the restaurant industry and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
