Our amazing hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Guest Experience Team Member- F&B and Bar. Located in the heart of Finsbury Park, Maldron Hotel Finsbury is the first Dalata Hotel to be opened in London under the Maldron Brand. Objective of the Role:
Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine and able to make recommendations
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible
Requirements:
- An exuberant personality
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential
- Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Micros Experience would be preferable
- Be able to work on your own initiative and cope well under pressure
