CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HOST (Corporate Reception)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9.00am to 6.00pm
Location: Central London (Camden Town)

Our client is a prestigious media company and as a customer experience host based at their London Head office, you will be expected to deliver a world class service for our client as well as support our visions and values. You will be able to be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, adding value to the role and the business. You will also build strong relationships with our client’s employees, their visitors, internal stakeholders, using your initiative to continuously improve the service delivery and to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
Our Ideal Candidate will have excellent customer services skills and experience in leading and executing five-star customer service. Our Ideal candidate will also have a positive, engaging and proactive personality, excellent communication skills, previous experience in working in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multitask with great organisational skills and be self-motivated with passion to learn and develop in their role. Experience in resolving AV and IT issues in an events setting will be helpful.
