Job description
Appliance installation:
- Able to lift heavy loads and manoeuvre home appliances through homes and up and down stairs.
- Arrange deliveries and routing, load van safely
- Prior experience installing home appliances, both free standing and integrated is required, knowledge of plumbing and electrical connections.
- Prior experience installing smart tech
- Customer facing role requires good interpersonal skills to maintain our high level of service.
- Role requires some handling of money.
- A full clean driving license to drive our 3.5 ton Luton van.
- Prior experience is beneficial but training will be given.
Stock room
- Take goods in, checking for errors and damage
- Arrange and tidy store area
- Stock take
Sales:
- Answering and making calls to customers as part of pre and post sales service.
- In store customer sales, product knowledge and installation experience key to ongoing customer service levels.
- Writing emails to customers regarding orders and sales.
- Using our integrated till system to make sales and arrange deliveries.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus and training will be given.
- Assist in picking, packing and shipping customer web orders.

General IT skills, ability to work both independently and as a team.

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
