Campanile Hotel Doncaster are looking for a Guest Assistant.

Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting rooms.
Being a Receptionist/Chef at Campanile Hotel Doncaster

As Receptionist you will be polite, calm and have the ability to make every guest feel like a VIP. You will have excellent communication skills and always act professionally. You will most likely be the first and last person the guests see, so lasting impressions play a big part of this role.
As a Chef you will be involved in duties such as:
ü Order product - Prepare the order, Place the order
ü Register stock in & out
ü Manage food stock
ü Participate in the opening and closing of the department
ü Ensure food hygiene compliance
ü Prepare and deliver food order
ü Organise and maintain buffet
ü Organise cleaning during service
ü Clean the kitchen area
As a Receptionist you will be involved in duties such as:
ü Carry out the role of Duty Manager where required
ü Implement & respect chain's SOP
ü Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
ü Invoice contracted company
ü Invoice individual guest
ü Manage cash handling
ü Control Cash
ü Run End of day reports
ü Chase debtor
ü Participate in the up sell / cross sell
ü Participate in the opening and closing of the department
ü Ensure guest safety
Knowledge and Skills required:
Experience
§ Prior experience (1 year) in a branded environment in the customer facing environment is preferred but not essential
Expertise

§ Confident with Microsoft office
§ Knowledge of health & safety procedures
§ Ability to understand & follow guidelines
§ Conversational English
