Working Monday to Friday, this is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, global team of cross-border specialists looking after all aspects of group bookings for our B2B and private group customers primarily on our Amsterdam-Newcastle, Copenhagen-Oslo, and English Channel Routes. Having a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for making group reservations, efficiently providing accurate quotations and handling enquiries, all whilst delivering first-class customer service. Replying to emails & telephone calls with a focus on sales opportunities, excellent communication skills are essential, and you do need to speak and write English to a high level.
As a Group Sales Specialist, you will be involved in a lot of administration, anything from updating passenger manifest entries, managing payments to supporting the delivery of agreed targets and KPI’s. You will develop and maintain a high level of knowledge incl. products portfolios, vessels, internal systems, digital processes, and web developments, whilst building excellent relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and partners.
Working in a professional and hardworking international team with a mix of physical colleagues and a global virtual team, prior experience although welcome is not key here. Having good planning skills and a structured approach to work is desired whilst being emersed in this fast-paced environment but its more important you have great energy, are keen to find solutions for our customers and enjoy working in a global environment.
