Home Instead provide personalised visits, a minimum of one hour, allowing clients the dignity and support they deserve to help them maintain their independence in their own home.
As a Care Professional, your role will include:
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
- Personal Care – supporting our clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent their own home.
- Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
- Help with mobility around the home.
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support.
You will benefit from:
- Great rates of pay £11.50 - £13.00 per hour.
- Paid DBS.
- Paid Pre-employment training (paid once after Induction).
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls and 45p per mile for travel during visits.

- Paid hours to complete nationally recognised Care Certificate and the opportunity to complete NVQs and other specialist training.

- 24 hour on-call support, 365 days of the year. You are never on your own!!
- You are directly employed by us giving you access to holiday entitlement.
Full training will be provided by Home Instead.
What we need from you:
- A desire to help others.
- You must be able to commence work from 5.00pm to 10.00pm
- Available to work alternate weekends.
- You must have access to your own reliable transport.
