Home Instead provide personalised visits, a minimum of one hour, allowing clients the dignity and support they deserve to help them maintain their independence in their own home.

As a Care Professional, your role will include:

• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
• Personal Care – supporting our clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent their own home.
• Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• Help with mobility around the home.
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support.

You will benefit from:

• Great rates of pay £11.50 - £13.00 per hour.
• Paid DBS.
• Paid Pre-employment training (paid once after Induction).
• Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls and 45p per mile for travel during visits.

• Up to £250 bonus Refer a Friend scheme.
• Paid hours to complete nationally recognised Care Certificate and the opportunity to complete NVQs and other specialist training.

• 24 hour on-call support, 365 days of the year. You are never on your own!!
• You are directly employed by us giving you access to holiday entitlement.

Full training will be provided by Home Instead.

What we need from you:

• A desire to help others.
• You must be able to commence work from 5.00pm to 10.00pm
• Available to work alternate weekends.
• You must have access to your own reliable transport.
