Holker Group have an exciting opportunity to join Longlands Holiday Park, Kirkby in Furness,LA17 7XZ on the Holker Estate as a Groundsperson.
Salary & Benefits: £20,800 pa, Company pension scheme and other standard Holker benefits
Reports to: Under Manager - Longlands
Job Purpose: Support the under manager with all aspects of maintaining the park including grass cutting, siting holiday homes, moving holiday homes, DIY work in static caravans, maintenance and water treatment of swimming pool, delivering gas bottles and maintaining holiday homes and facilities.
Any training shortages will be provided.
Person Specification: Ideally the candidate will have experience in one of the following; Landscaping, building, maintaining facilities. Previous experience of basic repair/maintenance work, ground work e.g mowing, strimming etc. This role requires the candidate to hold a full driving license given the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a team and on own initiative, strong communication skills, attention to detail and good customer care skills. The candidate should have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and have good time keeping.
