Groundworkers/General Labourers
Mint Northwest Ltd has over 25 years experience as a general building services company carrying out all manner of work from joinery, plumbing and electrical work, specialising in carrying out adaptation projects through to commercial refurbishment.
We have currently secured contracts working with one of the largest care home company in the country and as we grow larger we are looking to expand.
Therefore, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworker/General labourer to assist with this growth. The ideal candidate must be experienced in groundworks and/or flagging and labouring for the bricklaying teams/general labouring duties working on both domestic and commercial properties.
Candidates must be experienced in the following areas:-
Be able to work within the bricklaying team
General labouring duties – assisting other trades
A current valid CSCS Card would be an advantage but not essential.
It would be an advantage if you hold a current driving licence (max 6 penalty points) as you may be required on occasions to drive a company vehicle.
You must take pride in your work, have a flexible approach, be punctual and reliable
39 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,266.00-£22,815.00 per year

Experience:
- groundwork: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
