Job description

ABOUT US

We are Ground Up Media, a fast growing independent advertising agency, delivering bespoke advertising campaigns for concert promoters, venues, music and arts festivals, record labels and artists across the UK.

We started in 2015, printing and distributing posters and flyers for local gigs in the Brighton area and have since evolved to create and deliver ground-breaking media campaigns across the UK for both independent and national concert promoters, major music festivals, renowned venues, record labels and internationally acclaimed artists.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our growing Street Team in the Brighton and Hove area.

We offer multiple jobs, all focused on physical distribution of music/arts promotion. This role is available for 5/10 individuals, who are interested in working for 2 full weeks at the end of March, as part of our 'Door to Door' team. This will involve walking around a given area of Brighton, dropping off flyers into doors.

We also have roles working alongside our experienced team distributing flyers at live music events, and hand-to-hand in and around central Brighton. A keen interest in music & the local gig scene is essential, as is an outgoing and hands on personality. Previous promo/flyer experience is a bonus but not necessary. This is a great role to go along side University or another Job.

We also have opportunities for freelance A3 postering around a list of already established spots.

Hours for Door to Door and A3 postering will be 10-5 for two weeks. Hours for Hand to Hand flyering will vary, so flexibility is a must and shifts mostly include weekend hand-to-hand in central Brighton which are a minimum of 2 hours, and evening shifts, which are to catch the crowds arriving at, or leaving gigs - these are 1 hour.

This is not a full time job but will perfectly complement other work or study.

PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay is £10 per hour for day-time shifts, or £12.50 for 1 hour shifts after 6pm.

You will need to be over 18

To apply please apply with your CV via email with relevant experience and cover letter to tell us why you would be the perfect addition to our team.
