Telesales Representative
- Work for a fast growing, dynamic and innovative company, we offer a basic salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (subject to experience) with on target earnings on offer of £50,000.

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representativeswho are excited by the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth. You will be responsible for appointment booking, closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Research, identify and prospect different businesses that have used an Energy Broker with a minimum annual spend level.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.
- Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting value of making a claim.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
- Manage leads that have been generated via company marketing activity.
- Manage the complete sales cycle process from initiation contact, document collection through to signed agreements.
- Ensure accurate information is captured on the CRM system including all client conversations and communications.
- Work to and monitor agreed KPIs.
- Maintain an up-to-date Sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
- Present sales report, pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Key skills & experience
- B2B telesales sales experience.
- Experience in the commercial energy sector would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- Strong networking and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Strong sense of professionalism and integrity,
- Understanding systems and processes.
- A track record of exceeding projected KPI targets.
