We are professional, demanding and challenging.Our work environment includes:Food providedDuties:- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled food items eg Kofte, Shish kebab and Shwarma.- Pizza making candidates will be prefered- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies- Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service- Assist with meal preparation as neededQualifications:- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling techniques- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not requiredIf you are passionate about cooking delicious food and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
