Your Role
The MakeMyHouseGreenplatform helps homeowners instantly see which green home solutions, such as solar, are right for them. Our team of Gurus speak with all those who want to find out more to answer their questions, help make sure they’re choosing the right system for them and then convert them to an installation. You’ll then work with the customer and our installation teams to ensure a smooth green home install.
Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know when it comes to green home tech!
Key responsibilities and areas of ownership
You don’t need to know how to do all the below yet. What's important to us is that you are a keen and quick learner!
- Developing relationships with contractors, resolve issues and ensure smooth installs for customers
- Involvement in metrics and improvement sessions to drive efficiency in our ops team
- Resolving on the day issues for customers whilst problem solving for future installs
- Onboarding new contractors into our network
