We have an exciting new opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team here at our Head Office in Leeds. Working alongside the Senior Graphic Designer the Graphic Designer will support with the development, production and delivery of the all graphic design elements across the Group. The role see effective production of marketing materials, corporate branded resources, event collateral and work winning material, ensuring all are delivered in line with the businesses strong, robust and industry leading branding.
Responsibilities:
- Working from a creative brief, develop effective material. Ensure the layout of internal/external documents including, policy documents, PowerPoints presentations and brochures meet brand guidelines.
- Ensure that layouts and art working pages are ready for print.
- Manage the status report, ensuring effective communication with the team.
- Present creative ideas and concepts in the form of mood boards to produce effective work winning material. Advising on the best creative approach and delivering them through to the end. This will, at times, include travelling to different business locations.
- ‘Policing’ the application of the brand guidelines and ensuring a consistent approach to all marketing collateral across the Group – including looking for proactive opportunities to improve our positioning.
- Ensure that everything that comes out as an output of the function has been proof read, spell checked, is accurate and of a high-quality – focus on attention to detail is key.
- Degree or equivalent experience in design
- Understanding of artwork, print, production and finishes
- Design, photography, video experience / qualifications
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail with a passion for creating engaging design & typography.
