Job description
Product Manager
Location must be UK due to the existing customers and opportunities in the public sector with UK-eyes only requirement.
2. Manages the implementation of product management vision and strategy to optimise long run contribution over the product life cycles.
3. Own the product plan, price, pricing strategy, development budget and road map.
4. Work with BT procurements and the suppliers for any contract renewal
5. Manage customer contract setup, renewals, and any associated admin tasks.
6. Maintain PCI accreditation, working with the suppliers and the BT internal teams
7. Ensures product compliance and awareness with local regulations and inputs where appropriate.
8. Manages and guides teams across a range of components / other services contributing to the end to end proposition e.g. other network services, other cloud platforms.
9. Manages the prioritisation and development of the product's roadmap to deliver value to customers and the business.
10. Coordinates teams in the analysis of customer behaviour, developing metrics and cultivating innovative techniques to help customers.
11. Manages the scope of product launches to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.
12. Identifies new capabilities or enhancements to the existing product by understanding and analysing user needs.
13. Continuously develops and shares with team, knowledge on emerging trends, new functionalities and changes in product.
14. Implements ways to improve working processes within the area of product management.
15. Work closely with the sales and sales specialist community on all opportunities, providing specialist product knowledge, financial and legal support.
16. Attend customer meeting, face-to-face when required, predominantly in UK.
17. UK security clearance might be required for the public sector in UK.

4. Demonstrable communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with the wider teams across business units.
5. Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills at a senior level.
6. Project management skills are also desirable.
