Job description

F&B Manager
Perle Oban Hotel
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 45hrs per week.

We are looking to welcome a full time Food & Beverage Manager to our team at the Perle Oban Hotel and Spa.

Working as a team, you will be working directly with our Head Chef who will be developing our Michelin listed restaurant BAAB and developing concepts for our cocktail lounge, LULU.

With immediate start, we offer a great range of staff benefits. Accommodation is available for the right candidate as well as a competitive salary.

Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will be managing the smooth operation of breakfast, restaurant and the bar whilst managing a team including Food & Beverage Supervisors.

BAAB was born from a passion to create a place that people can indulge in authentic dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, in relaxed surroundings that promote sharing and bonding over meals.

We have created a menu, which has something for everyone. Grilled meats from our charcoal grill, local Scottish seafood, dips like humous for sharing and plenty of vegetarian / vegan friendly dishes, and not least our amazing meze.

LULU lounge is a relaxed lounge located at Oban's beautiful harbour. Nestled in Oban’s beautiful harbour, serving bespoke Coffee blends, PMD herbal teas paired with petit fours and afternoon tea with spectacular views of the harbour and the island of Kerrera. LULU lounge at Perle Oban is the perfect location to relax and while away the afternoon in style, choose from our selection of fresh cakes and pastries or traditional afternoon teas. A place of unmatched décor with comfortable seating spaces and breath-taking views. An all-day spot- whether you want a quick shot of espresso or up for a brief exchange of news or spend some quality with friends and family. By evening LULU lounge transforms to serving tantalising cocktails and a curated selection of wines, beers, and spirits. With an upbeat vibe and a touch of glam, LULU’s charming interior features flower walls with peonies and mirrors which make the space come alive with light and life.
