At easyHotel we are inventing a new breed of affordable and low-carbon hotels. Our mission is to enable more people to travel differently, by offering low-cost, low-carbon hotels for everyone; hotels that are simple to book, simple to use and city-focused; hotels that are designed for both those travelling on a budget and those who prefer to save money on their hotel to indulge in the best of the city.
Right now, we are present in 11 countries with 43 sites, but our goal is to become a 100 strong pan-European platform by 2026.
To support our growth ambitions, we are recruiting a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team based at our London Offices in Victoria.
This is a new role, which will report to the Head of Marketing and will create and own graphic assets to be used across easyHotel Group including digital assets, physical assets for use in-hotel (client and employee coms) and media.
As Graphic Designer, you will;
- Own, maintain and update the Brand Guidelines ensuring consistency across platforms
- Create and own the Design System to be used across all easyHotel digital properties
- Own the User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) of easyHotel.com digital properties (website and mobile app)
- Leverage data/analytics to inform UX and UI improvements, liaising with tech. agencies

What we’re looking for
- 4 plus years in a Graphic Design role
- Experience in desktop and webbased graphic design - vector art creation, layout, typography, and other relevant skills involved in laying out digital interfaces
- Experience in conversiondriven consumer-facing UX and UI on desktops, tablets, and mobile - laser-focused on increasing conversions while maintaining beautiful aesthetics
- Experience leveraging analytics to inform design/product improvements
- Experience in print and/or video is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work at all levels
- Excellent relationship management, and track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders inside and external to the business
- Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers, being able to provide clear briefings and effective feedback that improves working relationships
- Ability to work at a fast pace
