Job Description
As a Graphic Designer you will work as part of the project team. You will need to be a self-starter who can hit the ground running, you will be creative and be able to add value in producing marketing collateral across various channels.
Role Overview
- Work with the creative agency to develop a full suite of multimedia digital assets to support the launch of our new strategic plan.
- Develop templates and brand guidelines, which conform to government accessibility standards, working with our in-house Corporate Communications team.
- Work with marketing, brand, and the copywriter in developing fresh collateral for different audiences to support business development teams to promote a suite of products.
- You will produce compelling brand materials, product collateral and work on brand guidelines and templates.
The Successful Applicant
Profile of candidate
You would have a strong track record working as a graphic designer ( client side) with experience working in a complex environment . You will be able to work in-house and manage various requests from many departments and stakeholders.
Substantial experience in graphic design/ visual design- Creative approach with the ability to adapt to different audiences using different formats.
- An understanding of how to use narrative to build a new brand.
- Creative thinker, with the ability to assimilate and analyse complex information and find creative and innovative solutions to support business objectives.
- Ability to work at pace, managing competing deadlines and delivering high quality outputs in ambiguous environments and political situations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to co-ordinate and influence diverse groups of colleagues from different backgrounds, adapting your style as appropriate and valuing everybody as an individual.
- Excellent IT skills, using design and photo-editing software, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional creativity, innovation originality and a strong visual sense
- Quick to pick up new systems and processes
- Skilful in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

The role is home/ Remote role with occasional trip to west Yorkshire ( therefore you will live 2 hours away maximum)
