An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer & Content Developer within our Marketing & Design team at our office in Hayes. We are seeking a passionate and self-driven team member to aid with creating visually appealing and engaging content for our websites, e-commerce platforms, and other marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to understand the objectives and translate them into compelling designs and written content that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities
- Create product images, videos, and other multimedia content in accordance with pre-defined design specifications.
- Develop well-researched and keyword-optimised written content, taking into consideration target audience and purpose.
- Enlist products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay (involves documenting product specifications, conducting competitor and keyword research, creating content, and uploading).
- Conduct quality checks on all final content before publishing and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Manage multiple projects, assignments, and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative outputs.

Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in the English language with a keen interest in content writing.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proven experience in photography and videography using DSLR cameras.
- Fundamental understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Strong creative thinking skills, attention to detail & willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise, and multi-task to drive tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
- Experience in enlisting products on e-commerce platforms is desirable.
