The Position:
We are looking for an inspired and aspiring graphic designer to join our creative team to focus on our training and development content! This is the opportunity to propel your creative career forward and experience unique aspects of content creation with an amazing team of talented young professionals redefining an industry.
Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with the training and development team to create employee resources and training materials.
- Develop graphics utilized for a variety of training needs.
- Edit video and audio for company training videos.
- The self-manage time between projects according to priority level.
- Come to work with a motivated, selfless attitude, and push yourself to achieve personal and organizational success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of graphic design.
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite is required. (Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom) Premiere and After Effects experience a Major Plus.
- Prior professional experience in graphic design, and photo editing with a portfolio to reference.
- Experience with video and audio editing
- Must be a team player and offer collaboration when applicable.
- Must have excellent time management skills, and take accountability for workflow.
- Be able to "think on your feet" as some projects can be very time-sensitive.
- Be detail-oriented and able to keep projects organized and easily accessible across departments.
- Experience using macOS and Apple products.

Hours:
Monday- Thursday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
Compensation:
$45,000 annually + Dependent on experience
Paid every other week
