Claims Service Adviser , Leeds
Do you have UK commercial claims handling experience gained from within a Broker, Insurer, TPA or In-House organisation ? Are you passionate about providing a first-class claims handling service for a varied portfolio of commercial clientele ? If so , then we have a fantastic new role here at Aon for you. Based from our Leeds office this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
As a Claims Specialist role here you'll focus upon providing the best possible claims outcomes for your clients across their core commercial insurance portfolios. Some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing a diverse portfolio of liability, property and motor claims and with the opportunity to develop in other lines of business.
Establishing relevant policy coverage and handling within delegated authority when appropriate
Providing expert advice, technical analysis and support to your clients to facilitate the settlement of claims.
Liaising with a variety of stakeholders and establishing and maintaining key client contacts.
Establishing and maintaining electronic claim files; process claims information and co-ordinate internal claims-related activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Previous experience in handling commercial claims.
Working towards, or a desire to gain either CII or CILA qualifications. (but not essential)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a demanding environment, displaying flexibility and adaptability yet able to work in a structured manner.
Excellent negotiation and complaint handling skills
