The Aguulp Graphic Designer will be the guardian of our brand and will need to keep close control over every asset to which we put our name.


As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born creative designer, with extensive experience in graphic design for both online and offline creative imagery. You’ll have a proven track record of designing a range of different assets whilst keeping brand consistency front-of-mind. We are looking for an ambitious individual to come into a fast-moving high growth business, and want to contribute to the overall success of the business.


Aguulp is a fast-growing business, so from day one, you’ll have a range of exciting projects to work on – from website graphics to social media content, e-marketing templates to product leaflets.


You’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, working on different projects simultaneously that demand high quality output. The result? Your work will be seen by the thousands of website visitors and customers that choose Aguulp each month. Being a high-performing Marketing team, our projects can go from brief to implementation in a matter of weeks, so your work will help us influence and persuade our customers to choose Aguulp to improve their health and wellbeing.

The Aguulp Graphic Designer will be employed by Aguulp - Nutrivitality, part of The SureScreen Group are helping to support the recruitment for this role.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Support the Marketing Manager and working alongside the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure concepts and designs evoke the brand tone of voice
  • Create innovative and eye-catching brand campaigns
  • Ensuring all work embodies brand values and follows the relevant brand and design guidelines
  • Supporting the Aguulp team to create new product concepts, product packaging design and supporting marketing materials
  • Working with other team members, brain-storming and sharing ideas
  • Research current trends in popular culture and design styles
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met and that all work is on-brand and on-brief
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive in the designing of graphic content, social media content, illustrations, and infographics for online and offline assets.
  • A passion for sharing your creative flair whilst maintaining corporate brand integrity
  • Design and produce printed design work including (but not limited to) Packaging, Brochures, Leaflets, National press ads, Forms and Documents and Advertisements
  • Generating fresh concepts and presenting them to the wider team for brand development
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts in line with the brand’s target audience
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive on creating some email marketing (Klaviyo) campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing artwork files for print and collaborate with printers
  • Ensuring the presence of a strong and consistent brand image across all visual representation/marketing activity
  • Prioritise tasks, consider budget constraints and critical timelines
  • Managing stakeholder requirements efficiently and proactively through to project fulfilment
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager and wider Aguulp team in completing marketing activities, where appropriate

The ideal Graphic Designer will be/have:


Required

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, colour theory and brand identity
  • Experience in creating designs for multiple assets - online and offline
  • Flexible, and willing to adapt experience and capability to different tasks
  • Strong understanding of brand and understanding the importance of brand consistency
  • Creative flair and attention to detail is essential
  • An organised and methodical individual who takes pride in seeing work done to the highest standards
  • The ability to work to a schedule and deliver tight turnarounds
  • The ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • A portfolio of design projects
  • Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team

  • Experience in content production (filming / post-production)
  • A positive and proactive, can-do attitude
  • A keen eye for visual details
  • Aesthetic skills
  • Design degree
